It is very spaciousit sleeps 8 people in bedsbut honestly it could fit double the amountbuild a pallet or bring some air mattress. Also the river entrance is right behind the condo. And if you want to grill there are 2 grills.good size balcony where everyone an chill and have their drinks/foods an look out at the river If you want to have a great time this is the spot.I come float the river every year and I normally stay at another resort along the river but this time I got lucky and this was available.

The property was easy to find. The unit was clean and tidy. I believe there are three units on this property. We stayed in unit B, which was on the lower scale. Had I known there were other more comfortable units available, I might have opted for one. The size was ok. Two bedrooms. One King. One Queen. The riverfront was relaxing. Close to Greune and New Braunfels and Canyon Lake.

The purpose of our trip was to float the river and see a concert so the location was perfect. There is a river entry on the property so you dont have to wait in line for the public one. For the concert theres a shuttle that takes you directly from the condos to the venue and picks you up afterwards.

The location and price are very tough to beat for the area. The condo sits on the Guadalupe River, and although the weather was too cool for us to get in, the condo will provide tubes to its guests. 5-10min is all that it takes to get to Canyon Lake. It affords you the ability to spend time either at the lake or on the river with ease. We enjoyed just setting up shop at one of the many picnic tables and lounge chairs to bask in the wonderful weather and atmosphere. It is also very close to many of the best places to eat in the area. Jay & Diane's Horseshoe Grill makes a great burger and is basically next door. Tacos Don Chente and Wildflour Artisan Bakery & Grill were also only a stone's throw away. Cost is very reasonable, and check-in and checkout could not be easier.

Best possible location for the Horseshoe entrance, tubes and stores. Rooms was nice and large. Right on the river! With picknick area and hammock.

I like the location, easy drive up with access to the unit and river. The property exceeded my expectations. It's very spacious, quiet, clean. I also enjoyed the picnic area equipped with a barbecue pit and the balcony size and view was just wonderful. All thanks goes out to Ms. Alyssa for addressing any questions and or concerns, and making sure we had everything we needed to accommodate our stay. I will definitely be booking here again.
